Dooma Gallerie wants our clients to be aware of their rights, confident in their ability to use our service, and aware of our commitments.
Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before obtaining any materials, information, products, or services.

1. Prices

The prices quoted by Dooma Gallerie are tax included. If a client is ordering from the same location as the designer’s origin country there will be no customs fee. Client ordering from a different location from the designer’s origin country will be charged a customs fee. The price of an item may change over time. Certain pieces may be subject to special promotions.

2. Purchase

All purchase(s) can be made through Whatsapp and the client will be directed to Dooma Gallerie’s customer service. The only individual with a valid payment method and legitimate delivery address can purchase design pieces. The client can first complete a purchase when customer service approved all details.

3. Payment

Dooma Gallerie offers Bank transfer. The client’s payment needs to be done after Dooma confirmed the order within 24 hours. Order will be canceled if there's no payment made to Dooma Gallerie within 48 hours (an email will be sent to designers and clients directly).

4. Age requirements

In Dooma Gallerie client need to warrant Dooma Gallerie that the person placing an order should be 18 years of age or over. Send a message to Dooma Gallerie in advance when an older guardian would like to replace and help place an order.

5. Shipping:

Client must verify that the delivery address is correct and that delivery is possible during business hours. (Business hours is Monday-Saturday (GMT +7) ) If additional costs arise as a result of attempted delivery or something similar, the customer is responsible for the amount of the additional expenses.

 

External events, such as force majeure, strikes, postal delays, and other extreme events, might affect delivery times. Depending on the location of the manufacturer. Lead times typically can range anywhere between 5 - 10 weeks depending on the designer's. Prices of products displayed on website exclude delivery charges from our warehouse. The total amount of purchase will be displayed on the total bill.

If there is a delay in the shipping of part of your order, we will notify you of the items(s) that may be affected.

General notice:

Please be aware that, despite our best efforts, the upcoming shipment may be delayed as a result of the pandemic. We will, however, make every effort to adhere to the estimated schedule. We apologize for any trouble this may cause, and we appreciate you patience and understanding.

Local Pickup (JABODETABEK, Indonesia): Notification will be sent to your email once order is ready for a pick up. Contact us through Whatsapp for further details about the pick up schedule and location of our warehouse.

6. Returns and Refund | damaged  items during shipment

Items that have been purchased are not refundable.Dooma Gallerie will not be responsible for any damaged pieces during shipment.
In case a client wishes to repair for a damaged item during shipment, we do not have a repair service as of right now, although for future reference we might have repairing service for our clients.

 

7. Shipping Locations

8.Feedback

You further agree and warrant that you will not submit any content that violates any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation and things that could be reasonably construed as unlawfully threatening or harassing the company.

9.Intellectual property

Dooma Gallerie owns the intellectual property rights to our E-platform. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright, picture, design, and trademark rights for any creation, including copy, computer programs, and marketing strategies, among others. Except for designer-owned photographs. It is not permitted to republish, sell, rent, reproduce, or duplicate the work.

 

You are not breaching the law as long as Dooma Galleries mentioned and linked to the publication, Dooma Galleries has no duty or liability for any content appearing on any third-party website or elsewhere in those situations.

Users, designers, and curators are not allowed to use the Dooma Gallerie platform to promote other sales channels, such as e-commerce sites, marketplaces, or physical establishments where the design objects featured on Dooma Gallerie can also be purchased. Furthermore, users, designers, and curators are not permitted to disseminate spam or facilitate chain or pyramid operations.
